There are few people who will take a stand like this individual. Ray Lyman, Scrantons Local Hero stands up to city councils and fearlessly confronts crooked politics. There are about 7 videos of him, I wish there were more, this man needs to set council straight. If he runs for city council I'd vote for him in my town.
