SVN Working Copy Locked

If you run into a message using RabbitVCS or TortoiseSVN that says: "SVN Working Copy Locked", you need to run a Cleanup. If the problem persists, try going to the root folder and running the cleanup on the root, rather than a subdirectory -- that is, if in fact you tried running a cleanup on a sub-folder in the first place :)
