Beginner Python Tutorial 16 | Global Namespace

You might as well know this if you come from another language, it doesn't make a lot of sense to me. Python's global namespace doesn't require you to pass arguments inside functions for global variables, it's strange to me, if you know why please comment. Python Global Namespace.
